We didn’t personally lose the ability to “log off”; #Product Design removed the exits. The internet used to feel like a place you entered and left. Now it is a continuous layer over life, and #Artificial Intelligence may dissolve the last remaining boundary between user and system. #Digital Wellness 📱🧘 #Humane Tech Community #mindful.technology “Logging off” is more than nostalgia for dial-up. It used to create a session: a bounded unit of time with a beginning and an end. When the session ended, your mental state could “clear.” Today, feeds, notifications, persistent presence, and memory-driven systems keep everything running continuously.
